Small Claims Court Arbitrator

Civil Court of City of New York  (September 2018-present)

• Conduct inquests, facilitate settlements, evaluate evidence, and render decisions in the original People’s Court. 
  
• Disputes involve relatively small monetary claims ($5,000.00 or less) with self-represented parties.
  
• Consumer problems and complaints, defective goods, shoddy workmanship, and unreturned security deposits are typically heard when court is in session.
